Eligibility for Refunds:
Initial Subscription Period: Refunds are available within the first 3 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied with our services. To be eligible, you must not have utilized any of our funding solutions or advisory services during this period. Conditions Apply.
Automatic Renewals: If your subscription automatically renews and you wish to cancel, you may request a refund within 3 days of the renewal date, provided that no services have been accessed during this period. Conditions Apply.
Special Circumstances: We may consider refund requests beyond these timeframes on a case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or significant changes in business operations. Conditions Apply.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been used to access funding or advisory services.
Partial refunds are not offered for unused portions of a subscription period.
